Our seasonal prices:

Seasonal residents typically stay at the campground on weekends, but keep their campers parked at the grounds throughout the season. Full time seasonal campers stay the entire season.

Our season runs April 15 - October 15.

Please note, all seasonal sites must pay their own electric and maintain their site.

• Regular Sites - Seasonal Rates - $2200 plus electric
• Regular Sites - Seasonal Full time - $2,700 plus electric
• Premium Lake Sites - Seasonal Rates - $2,300 plus electric
• Premium Lake Sites - Seasonal Full time - $2,800 plus electric

 We have expanded Tall Oaks RV Resort to accommodate more campers. We are offering weekly, monthly, seasonal and overnight stays. Our site rates include full hook-ups, sewer, water, electric and wi-fi.

Our weekly/nightly prices:

• Daily (OVERNIGHT ONLY): $65 plus tax
• Weekly: $270 plus tax (Good Sam and Military Discount for Weekly only)
• Monthly: $700 plus electric 

We have 3 cabins available: $65 a night with a two-night minimum and a security deposit of $65.

Each cabin contains: refrigerator, microwave, A/C unit, bunk beds (twin on top full-on bottom) a small loft for air mattresses, fire ring, outside chair and picnic table with umbrella. Cabins are located near restroom/shower facilities.
